Exercise Your Way to Good Health

A British Medical Journal study supports jogging’s benefits to your health. The researchers collected data on more than 4,600 men ages 20 to 79 and found that regular joggers were 63 percent less likely than non-joggers to die over the course of five years.

Your heart has two different processes: the aerobic process and anaerobic process. Cardio workouts and traditional strength training only affect the aerobic process.

On the other hand, acceleration training, also known as whole body vibrational training, works both the aerobic and anaerobic processes of your heart and activates both your fast and super-fast muscle fibers.

Whole body vibration works on the principle that you can build muscle faster if you exercise them while being vibrated.
